  Exemplary Ebayer I had a 100% positive experience. 1st, AllGoodTelford was kind enough to deliver the (heavy) item to me. 2nd, I soon realised that the press was missing a small but vital part. Following my dealings with the seller I was confident this was an honest mistake, I emailed, and he confirmed as much. Due to the rarity of the part and the weight, he was decent enough to refund me in full and leave me with the press to search for the part. Faith in humanity restored! Thank you.
