Works perfectly; meets requirements of my ISP (Time Warner/Roadrunner)

This item works exactly as described, and meets the requirements of my local internet service provider (Time Warner/Roadrunner). It is far more cost-effective than renting one from my ISP!

Cost-effective solution; worked right out of the box

I'm normally a DIY'r, and tried building one of these from scratch, but the impedance wasn't quite right for my Yaesu transceiver. I bought this in a heartbeat when i found out it was less than $10 delivered, and it worked flawlessly (using CWType) immediately upon plug-in (i did consult the documentation on the disk to ensure i had the right configuration settings) - no driver install necessary in Windows 10. I *do* know the code, but this will enable me to make QSOs at higher speeds than those i could normally copy :) I haven't used it very long, so i can't attest to its longevity, but at this price, I don't expect it to last forever.

Piece of garbage

As a professional electronics technician and long-time amateur radio operator, I should have known better than to trust an antenna this cheap. It worked for a few weeks, but then it started to come apart. I attempted a repair, but when I measured its performance using an SWR meter, I found that it was a poor match for the CB band.
