Save your money!
I paid $48 for this I thought I was getting a great deal next time I'm just going to buy one from Harbor Freight for $100. It definitely came with a bunch of parts but the only thing is that it won't keep pressure it has no seals are O-rings all I has a c clips for the part that actually pressurizes and connects to the adapters. So as soon as you try to pressurize it it leaks and it's basically useless. I've tried to Silicon it to make it work and if you wiggle the the pump the wrong way it leaks. It will not hold pressure I do not recommend this I suggest saving your money.

Decent quality!
Difficult to use if you don't know what you're doing. It could have come with better instructions but for what I paid I am satisfied.
