Edutainment!
This movie was uplifting, informative and entertaining! Great performances by Denzel and Forrest with wonderful supporting performances. I was surprised to learn this was a true story which made the film more gripping rather than the usual good feeling happy ending.
A great film to watch alone or with the family but probably more useful with the family to use as a learning tool. 5 Stars!!!

Trigger Point Stuck!
I have a spiked physio roll which is very good but the Trigger Stick really hits parts more directly like calves, quads and hamstrings! I highly recommend this product to be used in conjunction with a physio roll.
