ART AV Direct Box
Works great. We use it primary to send laptop audio via 1/8" plug to auditorium's mixing board. No issues.

Piston III are nice but like Piston IIs better
The Piston IIIs, to my ears anyway, do not seem to be as open and airy as the Piston IIs. That open sound is a personal preference so take that with a grain of salt. Additionally, the III's appearance is like all other cheap earbuds, where as the II's have that cool machined aluminum look.

Well made tile skin. Even include hole cutout for speaker on the backside.
