The lid was split off and many mosaic peices loose in the packaging. Usually i dont blame or leave bad reviews of the sellers but the lack of customer service and correct packaging(the only stuffing was two plastic shopping bags)but this time the majority of the damage was the sellers fault. Was such a shame as its a beautful trinket box.
