Definitely plug and play, very easy to install, works really well!

Definitely plug and play, very easy to install. Bluetooth adapter was very simple to install and it works like a charm. I can switch between tracks on spotify using head unit buttons and the steering wheel buttons seem to work as well. Bluetooth connects instantly and the sound quality is good. The tools required to remove the OEM head unit were included in the package, which was certainly nice. I'm unable to comment on the quality of the calls or the microphone that came with the adapter, because I didn't install it. I use bluetooth only for listening to music or podcasts while I'm driving. For that purpose, the adapter does it's job very well.
