Due to the current pandemic there was issues with shipping (i.e. my package getting stuck in Japan), but they were in constant contact with me so I always knew what was going on. They quickly found a solution so that I could get my bag ^.^
would suggest buying from them!!
My switch fits perfectly snug in the pocket and the padding ensures that it will be safe during travel. the second pouch is great for storing accessories, your games, or even just your phone and wallet.
the strap is VERY long though, even pulling it into the shortest length there is some sag. So this isnt a bag you can make tight fit.
