Relieving Asthma Symptoms Naturally
How to Swap Asthma for Life is worth reading. It provides an interesting biography of Prof. Buteyko who discovered a breathing method in the 1950s to eradicate asthma. The book also explains how to carry out breathing exercises to alleviate and eventually eradicate asthma symptoms permanently.
I gave the book only 4 stars because other breathing techniques were also proposed which I felt confused matters and there are also quite a few typos.
