An Epic Story that will Empower Girls
The Twelve Kingdoms begins as on a low note. You expect this story to be like all the others. But the one person who you might have hated for so many episodes, starts to show different sides to them. You go from hate, to understanding, to loathing all the way to rooting for them.
The art might be a bit old, but the details and the fight scenes draw you in. I am a very big movie buff, pretty picky about how the art is made or how balanced the show is. I didn't seem to notice any problems throughout this show, and the story line drew me in to where I probably wouldn't have realized anything.
Now if you aren't the time who doesn't like an open ending, then you might get disappointed. Though I believe that 3/4 of this show is worth watching multiple times, and even adding to your personal collection, like I did with my own. Hopefully you will enjoy this series like I did.
