Good quality product
I bought this for my 87 year old mother, she was finding the Gym a bit tough but wanted some form of excercise at home. For the money I didn't expect much so was very surprised to receive a good quality product. It it solidly made and feels like it will last for many years. Even the trip computer is well made and batteries can be easily replaced. My mother has used this every day for 6 months and is very pleased. It is easy to adjust the resistance and she uses it sitting in a normal chair. It can move a bit if not on a well carpeted surface but the feet grip very well considering.
It's not for he body-builder but for someone wanting a bit of exercise whilst sitting at home it is perfect.
I would highly recommend.

Great value and decent quality
Though very cheap this is a decent product and works well, the lead is really curly and even after much use it still goes back into shape so keeps away from feet.

Decent little vice for small jobs
This is a small vice, very useful for holding small pieces. Clamp is strong and opens reasonably wide. Movements are fairly smooth and should get better with use. Decent value for money product.
