  Initial communication was excellent! Communication after that was non existent. I have no idea why. Shipping was delayed a week. Again, no idea why. Item arrived packed well and as described.

  The item sold was the opposite of what was advertised - not even the advertised model and it arrived in a defective non working condition because the seller didnt ship the power supply nor were the assembly screws suppled. The seller never replied to any messages regarding these issues. Product was returned to them. This seller rates a big fat zero.
