Just like stock intel cooler
The cheapest cooler I could find on the internet. It works, not sure if cheaper plastic was used though. Came with preloaded thermal paste on heat sink.

Working cpu
It worked perfectly fine despite the fact it literally had a sticker on the contact side of the cpu. Then when you peel the sticker, it's so brittle and chips off into smaller pieces. I had to use a knife and tweezers. But in the end, it did fortunately still work.

Good upgrade for dell dimension 4700
CPU is a decent upgrade and stays cool for the most part. The 660 and 571 on the other hand makes my desktop sound like a leaf blower.
