Great Cod Liver Oil Capsules
My wife and I have been taking Cod Liver Oil capsules daily for many years. Sourced these because the retail shop normally used became too expensive. We will look to buy from here next time we need some.

Roof leak fixed.
After trying to get a quote from local roofers who couldn’t be bothered with this minor job I decided to do it myself. I was able to seal a leak by spraying it from inside the loft upwards on to the leak from the join between the chimney stack and roof tiles. It went on easily and did not drip. Applied two coats and so far it stopped the leak.
