Correct bolt line up but other issues

Bolted right up after cutting out the area for the starter. However, it's too tight of a fit against the flex plate. The flex plate weights hit the cover while running.

As it states, wicked good!

This worked perfectly in my 1990 k2500 truck. I could not get the rebuild transmission to shift correctly trying a combination of different weights and springs with the factory "truck" governor. Truck has a 383 stroker with mild cam. This Corvette governor allowed the truck to shift late in the rpm band, roughly 5000 rpm. Truck came alive!
