Highly recommended
The Helping Hands shoe horn is better quality and a better design than the cheaper imitations . Have bought this as second one to use downstairs. Worth the extra.
Recommended for anyone struggling with shoes.

Potentially a good product which needs much better filter system - motor burnt out
Having owned an older Dustbuster (still working) for many years, I assumed this would be far superior. As it turns out, it worked for less than 10 minutes and then the motor burnt out. The suction is powerful and it is lightweight and very easy to use. The problem/weakness as far as I can tell is the single filter which did not seal the motor properly and must have allowed debris into the motor, thus burning it out.
This is designed as Wet&Dry model and I assume the one simple blue foam filter is designed to be washed out and dried. I did not try to use it with liquids, just crumbs and dust in the kitchen. Debris/fluff collected in the dustbowl but also right on the filter itself. I emptied the dustbowl and cleaned off the filter twice in a few minutes. Then the third time there was a strong smell of burning and the motor stopped. With the huge amount of suction the 7.2 volt model provides it is not surprising that it sucks debris into the motor if it has a poor filter system. I have now returned the item and am looking for a model with better filters like the old model.
