Handy size but some quality issues.
Basic movement appears to be 1mA. I purchased 3 of these meters. Two are OK but a little inaccurate. One is way off, the needle possibly sticking. Face plate is easily scratched. Nevertheless it's worth taking a chance at the low price on offer.

Low loss small diameter coax
Appears to be of good quality.

Budget encoder
These encoders are certainly good value but they don't have threaded shafts. If you want to panel-mount them you'll need to pay slightly more.
