Probably ok in lower latitudes, but solar panel can't keep it charged in winter at 55 deg North
Good points: Bright LED light when activated by PIR, can illuminate a sizeable area. Build quality is reasonable, given the price.
Not so good: The solar panel struggles to produce enough energy to keep the internal battery charged in higher latitudes (Scotland, 55 deg North).
Bad points: The LED comes on dimly all night, and it's not possible to disable this feature. It's a shame because if it wasn't for this continuous drain on the battery, it's quite possible that the battery would last a full night at this latitude, even with the limited sunlight available for charging.

Well designed and made
A good quality charger, nice and compact. The interchangeable plug adapter system is quite well thought out, and works well. Two USB sockets should be sufficient for most needs, and that keeps the size down.

Versatile, easy to fit, top quality
These are good quality, a good design, and very easy to fit. I bought them to replace a couple that were missing on my car, but I can foresee plenty of other applications for them - they can be used pretty much any time cabling or pipework needs to be fixed to a surface that can be drilled.
