A good basis for improvements
A good representation or this coach but the bogies are wrong, there is no interior seating or compartments and the non painted exterior is poor. But at £ 10 or less the coach is a great basis for a modeller to start on . See eBay adverts for improved models.

Some Class 56s are much better than others, check for later tooling.
This loco is superb , with 6 wheel drive and pick ups to a 5 pole motor, many metal fitted items, superior decor, twin powered rotating fans and sprung opening doors. Be careful though, this is model R2750. Other class 56s may have ringfield motors and few of the mentioned features, particularly R 2288 series. Also the latest R items have all the features except powered fans, which is a shame.

CH radio controller looks good, is good!
Previous item broke falling off the shelf but it had operated faultlessly for 25 years.
