A great get/keep fit DVD
This is a great DVD, It realy motivated me and because the exercises are split into 5 min chunks you can easily pick and choose how much you do.THe random choice option helps to stop you getting bored too!
Each chunk is manageable for the complete novice! but you can realy 'feel' it working.
As you progress you get better at it so the possitive efects continue.
