Built great and sturdy.....but

Although it is very well built and sturdy. I personally cannot recommend it. I have an old bulworker and was looking to replace it with this item..now the choice seemed right between this and a steel bullworker and really had nothing to do with the plrice..imam definetly not a weak person, just am evolving into the dynamic tension because of my martial arts..I could barely budge this to work out with...there is no tension adjustment with springs like the steel bullworker, so I have resorted to my old one until I can afford the steel one.

Title was fine and delivered as advertised

The product was good and built fine. My problem was it was a little stiff for my practice. My blades are quick and speak, this was a little harder then I was used to. I'll just wd-40 it and see how it goes
