Stunning design for a great value.
They are just gorgeous! Well made, the lamp shade is a nice conrast and the three way switch is nice to have adjusting lighting. The reticulated base is very attractive. They are a wonderful addition to my living room.

Book that the movie was based on
I looked for this item on eBay after seeing the movie "Secretariat" and read in the credits that this is the book it was based on. I felt is was the best one to get since the author was really there during Secretariat's reighn, and not just someone who decided to write a book about a famous horse. I haven't had time to read it yet, will do so after the holidays, but I am sure I won't be disappointed.
