4 Pin, PWM speed control, very quiet

Very impressed with the quality of this. PWM support, and my BIOS drives it down as low as 600rpm without issue and is so quiet you cannot hear it unless you put your ear right next to it. Combined with the rubber mounts, it also shows no detectable vibrations in my case. Very happy with the performance for the price.
