  Frustrated on how this went. He was quick to make an offer to buy it but then after I had accepted and missed out on opportunities from others, he cancelled his purchase due to concerns from “further inspection.” I would like to think prior to making a purchase offer you had done your homework to be confident on what you were buying, but it is what it is I guess.
