Very detailed with display options
Excellent reproduction of the common workhorse of the German army in WW2. While there are a lot of parts, some of the chassis and internal detail will probably not be visible when completed. The instructions can be confusing at times as to exact placements of some parts but careful fitting and planning will yield an accurate half track. The plastic seems a little softer than other manufacturers but won't pose a problem. The overall fit isn't Tamiyagawa but isn't much of an issue if you take your time in building. This isn't a weekend build so beware. With hundreds of parts, especially the tracks it will take some time to complete.

Excellent fit and detail
Everything you would expect from Tamiya; Great engineering, fit and detail. IMHO, the best 1/48 Zero on the market!

N1K2-J Specific Colors
Gunze Mr. Color produces some of the nicest modeling paints around. Now we have a specific Kawanishi greens without the need to mix and color match from other colors. Another bonus is a nice shade of Hinomaru red which was not available before... These are only available as a set but I highly recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining truer colors of WW2 Japanese aircraft.
