Great product.
Maybe I am just lucky but this no name brand gave me exceptionally low burn failures. About 2%, which is more than acceptable for bd-r media but oustanding from a no name brand such as this.

Good product but...
The first batch of these I bought had a high burn failure rate...about 20%. I figured it was probably a bad batch so bought another and so far a 2% burn fail rate. I highly recommend this product but to minimize burn failures burn at a slow speed and do not use your computer during burns to decrease burn failure.

Great office computer.
This is a great office computer that saved space with it's small size and despite the small size the internals are easy to reach and upgrade. My only complaint is that the side panel mechanism is a little tricky to close.
