  This gets four stars purely for the customer service I received. Unfortunately the game I bought didn't work. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a refund. We ran into a snag with ebay not allowing us to print off a return label but despite that the seller was still more than accommodating. Great service despite the issue so I highly recommend on that alone.

  There was a mix-up with parcels and I received the wrong item. The seller could not have been more apologetic or more helpful. He paid for postage to rectify the mistake, offered a partial refund as goodwill, and I received the correct item very quickly. I cannot fault him at all; these things happen, and his response was top notch. Highly recommended. Thank you.
