Would not recommend for mk5 gti
Item arrived in good time and was reasonably priced however when it arrived it had a couple damaged fins, furthermore when fitting to my mk5 gti, the intercooler coupler was completely different and did not work with my car. The end tank fittings to connect the hoses onto weren’t at the correct angle either. After ordering the correct the coupler and slightly modifying the intercooler I got it to work.
Overall finish of the item (apart from damaged fins) was 10/10 however the incorrect coupler and the wrongly angled inlet made it a nightmare to install.
