  Item not as described. Item marked as new but when received it was used with a lot of dirt inside the backpack. Took a lot of effort to clean still can't completely get the dirt off. In addition, pictured item serial number does not seem to match the item. Seller has also increased postage costs after the initial listing saying it was an error.
