Solid silent John Ford western well restored.
It’s a silent Western film directed by the great John Ford, and so even if you are put off by the lack of voices, you may appreciate Ford’s signature western landscapes, and colorful, engaging characters. The restoration looks good, and the film is entertaining and engaging. Recommended for Ford Western fans!

Great restoration, great disc, happy movie fan!
This restoration of the 1977 film is extraordinary! The movie is great; suspenseful, gritty, and dark. The direction by William Friedkin is masterful. Great packaging for this UK edition, with a reversable, artistic looking cover, and a solid British jewel box to protect your disc and look great on your shelf. It is a region B disc, so you will need an all-region player to play this in the US. Highly recommended!!

Beautifully restored Christopher Lee/Peter Cushing classic!
The restoration is beautiful, and the extras are full of information for Hammer fans. I already owned the original American version, but if you are a fan, this version, with beautifully restored visuals, and additional scenes, plus multiple interesting documentaries, is worth the purchase.
