Not the usual Trend quality product!
Trend Brand are usually top quality products, (and I own several Trend branded products which I am delighted!), however this item does not live up to the name! The square is made of plastic, not metal, and the screws supplied, to connect the item to the rail, once fitted, interfere with the installation of the Trend sliding clamps! In fact the clamps cannot be slid on at all from the squaring end, and if a clamp is slid from the other end of the rail down to the squaring end it cannot be put into a position where the rail / squaring attachment can butt up to the workpiece, and it needs to be clamped firmly underneath to allow tools to use the straightedge as a guide!!!
I am sorry if the above is not explaining my issues clearly, but if you are unsure then buy the item and it will become clear. (I would not have bought one.)
