Quality product at an attractive price.
Athearn Genesis Series HO models are of good quality and nicely detailed to represent specific locomotives.

NCE D13SRJ decoders
This is an excellent and reliable work-horse decoder for HO engines that are not DCC ready. These are particularly useful for older Athearn installations, but by no means limited to that application. Some soldering skill is required, but these may be hard-wired into your locomotive or even attached to an NMRA plug, making them very versatile.
