If your hair is thin and weak...please buy the blue colour ...
The red is for strong thick hair.
It is a bit time consuming. But you save big money if you have the patience to do it at home.
It damages the hair a bit. Make sure you use good conditioners afterwards.
You can dye your hair after it ...not before.
