Simple, no brainier upgrade
This item was delivered ahead of schedule, it included everything needed for installation and looked good. Once installed it worked perfectly, and I now have a couple of hundred miles on it...it works flawlessly. The old truck is a joy to drive now.

Excellent system pressurizing pump
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purchased this pump to augment the Holley mechanical pump (p/n 12-833) on my small block Ford. Living in southern Arizona with the heat my 1970 Ranchero GT was plagued with vapor lock issues. This pump now supplies pressurized fuel to the engine pump and my issues have disappeared. First turn of the key powers pump on and once I hear the pressure and see it on my direct reading gauge I get a fast positive engine start....idling in 100+ weather in city traffic is no longer a worry as my fuel pressure never falls below operating pressure. Makes my daily driver much more reliable.

Modern Solution
This VR worked perfectly when I installed it in my 47 year old car. The old one was the original wire wound VR manufactured in 1969....this one is modern electronics. Hope it lasts as long as the original.
