Enjoyable read
An enjoyable read, well written. There are actually several story strands which are all connected, which makes it more interesting. Looking forward to the next book in the series due Sept 2023.

A life in music
Simon May is one of those composers that few people will have likely heard of, but will know his compositions. This 3 CD package is a musical autobiography ,and contains not only his well known TV themes, such as EastEnders, Howards Way and El Dorado, but also his vocal compositions for a variety of singers. He also sings several songs himself, and he's a pretty good singer. The booklet which accompanies the CD collection is his abridged autobiography, and each track has an explanation of how it came to be, as well as insights into his life and musical career. Highly recommended.
