Narrow
Very nice, well made and the feel of them is amazing, they would be comfy in the right size, if your feet are wide I recommend going up a size (they don't have half sizes).

Not good
If you put anything on top.or over it, it just rolls off into balls, which makes me think there's no absorbtion but just sits on the surface
