Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about this item. When first arrived it seem fine and it seems to be made okay but when i have attached it to my air vent - it has broken the vent. I think the part that hooks on to the vent was too tight to put over the vent but this was not apparent before the item was fitted. Once i noticed damage to the vent i have tried to remove the item, which was not easy as the "arm" are not easy to dismantle whole the item is attached to a vent. I do not this this item is suitable for my car.
