It's OK but... I need to use the gluten ...

It's OK but... I need to use the gluten free setting and you can't use the timer with that, I like a slightly darker crust and you can't use that setting with it either! Still can't work out when to take the paddle out either so that I don't tear a big hole in the loaf when I remove it, no alarm after it has done its last knead when it is about to start baking. I haven't tried to do anything fancy with it like making a fruit loaf or even dough as yet.

well balanced and comfortable product

Great smooth action, get plenty of use from 1.5Ah battery before having to change it or re-charge. Has a good feel and is well balanced. bought this second one to reduce number of times I have to swap bits. Had the first one now for about three years and never had any problems with it.
