Motown Chartbusters

I loved the original vinyls and the first three were my favourites. With this set I've got my three favourites - in cd format - with a facsimile cover for each one which keeps the nostalgic feel about the set. Great addition to my special music collection. 100% satisfied.

McGill, unique and too short lived!!

Ive loved this cult series from watching it in my younger days and to watch them all over again took me back to those times. I didn't think it seemed as dated as it should have and it's sad that there were no more episodes made. Richard Bradford made the character and he was unique. A wasted talent. Should have made another T.V. series. Wasted talent. McGill, unique and too short lived!!

007 Sean Connery collection DVD

I've always thought that Sean Connery was the definitive Bond and the early Bond films were closer to the books, even though the films had to have gadgets and extra action to be " good cinema." I'm looking forward to enjoying these films all over again, but I am reading the Bond books again before I do and I'm on the eighth one. The DVDs were reasonably priced and I jumped at the chance to own them. I can't say much more until I've watched them but I'm certain I'm going to thoroughly enjoy them. Just owning them is enough at the moment.
