  Absolutely 100% reliable, this seller went beyond that of anyone I've bought from since I became a member of the ebay community! I had a problem with the clock I purchased and had to return it for a replacement. The communications we exchanged went beyond my expectations. They were clear and very helpful including a phone call letting me know what the problem was and that he was sending me a replacement, that also arrived very quickly.
