  Seller, despite charging postage, did not pay postage in full when sending the item, so I had to pay a fee and pick it up myself at the delivery centre. Item was described as BNIB (Brand New In Box) but the box was open and half of the parts from the kit were missing, making it impossible to actually make the models. Refund request pending.

  A mistake was made and the buyer kept the goods and got a full refund. They didn't contact before writing the review which is a bit of a shame.
