  Item as described. But item could have been packaged better. It was just put in the box with the tops off. The screws were still in the item loosely. I would have preferred more care for something that was almost 50bucks. The tape was also coming off the box. I’ve had smaller items wrapped better. Other than that, item as described. Thanks !

  Quick shipping and responsive to messages. Even though the first item didn’t work, I messaged the seller before leaving a review, and I’m glad I did. They immediately sent out a replacement at no charge, and it arrived in no time. Things happen, stuff gets broken, but willingness to fix the problem is what matters.   These shoes were in a terrible condition, emitting a foul odor even through the packaging. The description was lacking, despite the numerous pictures provided. Fast shipping, but when I reached out to the seller about returning the dirty, smelly, and worn-out shoes, they immediately assumed I was angling for a discount. I simply wanted to inquire about the return process for these unpleasant shoes. The seller's attitude was truly disappointing. Worst then horrible
