  Quick shipping and responsive to messages. Even though the first item didn’t work, I messaged the seller before leaving a review, and I’m glad I did. They immediately sent out a replacement at no charge, and it arrived in no time. Things happen, stuff gets broken, but willingness to fix the problem is what matters. I have nothing but positive things to say about this seller and will purchase from them again in the future.

  These shoes were in a terrible condition, emitting a foul odor even through the packaging. The description was lacking, despite the numerous pictures provided. Fast shipping, but when I reached out to the seller about returning the dirty, smelly, and worn-out shoes, they immediately assumed I was angling for a discount. I simply wanted to inquire about the return process for these unpleasant shoes. The seller's attitude was truly disappointing. Worst then horrible
