If you think that Naruto is the best example of an inspirational anime, you obviously haven't watched the story of the Great Kamina and Simon the Digger. You got an annoying emo friend/sibling that won't stop watching Death Note? Then tie them to the sofa and force them to watch another Gainax masterpiece. Shipping was faster than expected, which made my weekend. Would recommend to any person just starting out with anime or looking for a good addition to their collection.

Whether or not you got to watch it on Wednesdays on Toonami back in the day, this series is recommended for any anime fan. Exciting story, loveable and cool characters, so-so voice acting. and corny jokes are all you need from this series. Not without the inspirational and well-done battle scenes.
