  Item ordered 27th June, no tracking provided, seller cancelled item on 4th July with the following short reason "Apologies as issues with post. Sorry" - the shoes were for a birthday present ! I have emailed this seller several times to ask why no refund has been organised with absolutely no response whatsoever, poor communications & no care shown at all since buying the shoes, rarely leave negative feedback but no choice here & still no refund after 12 days had to contact Ebay concierge :o(
