Lightweight and solid.
It was exactly what I was looking for. Well designed and built. Comfortable in the hand and with the right weight.

It is just a pricey folded poster.
It is a beautiful folded poster. Once I had the item in my hands, I felt the price was excessive.
Actually, when I opened the envelope it seemed to be empty so I almost ripped the poster not realizing it was inside.

Great book, quick read, quick results.
I bought this book a while ago after following the exercise routine suggested in the book; the results were extremely satisfying.
I bought again to gift. Highly recommended.
