excellent for beginners and pro's alike, easy to operate, no nonsense.
An excellent flash, I've bought it to run alongside my Canon Brandn Speedlite,
It does all the Canon's extra functions at less than 25% of the price, has all the same settings and synced up to my 60D exactly like the Canon version.
A new set of good quality alkaline batteries got me well over 500 flashes so far, the RF range is impressive, faultless at 10 metres.
unit does run a bit hotter than the Canon one under rapid fire, I always drop out the batteries on both units when I'm done and they were notably hotter, this has not been a problem merely a side note, and they were copping a hammering at the time.
