Not as expected
Small tin only 2 thirds full, relatively expensive, container damaged with paint on the outside very difficult to open. Colour was not red more a shade of orange unhappy with the end result.

Worthwhile replacement.
Perfect replacement for an original item. Once installed the machine started repeatedly first time. Now considering a further purchase for another working machine.

Pneumatic not hydraulic
Let me say at the outset this is a substantial piece of engineering for the price.
The lift is well made and does the lifting part of the work easily and effectively, however when lowering is required this is not so straight forward.
The lifting ram is not hydraulic it is pneumatic, it works using air pressure. When lowering is required the pedal releases too much air causing the device to drop quickly and without maximum control. I have adjusted the air release mechanism to absolute minimum in order to achieve a controlled lowering sequence which is essential for a single person operation. Would have been better with a slower air release or hydraulic lift.
