Does what it says on the tin
It does what it says on the tin. I am going to comment on the quality as it feels a little cheap and volatile, but it is working fine and worth the cost.

Youthful look
I've been buying this product for years and is help me to keep a youthful look.
At first it's a little course but after a few washes it it settles down nicely.

Good quality goods with good delivery time.
It is suitably heavy and stayed on in moderate gale without the clasp, so I am confident that it will stay on in a strong gale when clasped. The elasticated base ensures it hugs the bike and forms a strong grip around the bike. Not sure why what the windows are for and have not used them, but more is better than less.
