Sorta Black
It’s not really black. More like dark silver. Still works as you would expect.

It just works.
The best thing to say about this speaker is that it is an OEM part. Replacement of my old door speaker was very easy. There are many better speakers out there. But, then you have to consider whether to replace pairs. I chose the simple solution.

Not real leather
It's OK for what it is. Looks good, and the price is reasonably low. But PU leather doesn't last all that long for this type of use. Eventually the coating wears off, and the wear becomes obvious. If you're particular, you might be disappointed. If you don't really care, you'll be fine.
