Good intro on many styles of martial arts
This is a good set of dvd's that introduces the viewer to many different martial arts, so that you can decide which you might pursue further. 12.5 hrs!

Some good ideas, but outdated.
This book has some good ideas, but a little outdated of course. The first 3 chapters are trying to sell you on hiring his company that doesn't exist anymore. At least the website doesn't work that he keeps mentioning. There are more & more spelling & grammar mistakes the further you get into the book.
